🌱 Our Enrollment Process
We’re excited that you’re considering Barlow Montessori for your child! To help make the process smooth and simple, here’s a step-by-step guide to enrollment:
Step 1: Inquiry
Complete our Interest Form or contact us directly to let us know you're interested in a space for your child. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.

Step 2: Schedule a Tour & Family Meeting
We invite you to visit our program to meet the teachers, see the classrooms, and experience the Montessori environment firsthand. You are welcome to bring your child along during the tour so they can explore the space and feel comfortable in their potential new environment.
The tour includes a family meeting lasting approximately 30 minutes, where we’ll discuss your child’s needs, answer your questions, and explain our program in detail. For toddlers and preschoolers, this time may also include a short play-based observation to help us better understand your child and ensure a good fit.
For infants, we’ll review care routines and schedules during this meeting.
Step 3: Registration
Once accepted, we’ll guide you through the enrollment paperwork, licensing forms, and fee schedule. A non-refundable registration fee is due at this time to reserve your child’s space.

📄 Forms Required: Immunizations, Emergency Contact, Family Agreement (All required forms will be completed electronically through Brightwheel for your convenience.)

Ages Accepted: 3 months to 5 years old
Start Dates: Rolling enrollment based on availability
Waitlist: If space is not currently available, we’ll offer to add your child to our waitlist and contact you as soon as space opens.
